What we collect, and what we never do with it.

Last updated October 24, 2026.

The short version

  • Your information is used by Duane Cutlip to reply to you and to send what you asked for.
  • It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing.
  • You can ask to see it or have it deleted at any time.

What you give us

When you use the I need help form, request the planning guide, or email yourself a Funeral Wishes Planner, we receive what you type: for example your name, email, phone, ZIP code or address, your message, the planner contents you choose to send, and any optional questions you answer.

Phone calls or texts happen only if you check the optional phone box or ask for a call in your message. Checking that box is never required, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or telling Duane.

What is recorded automatically when you submit a form

To tell real people from spam bots and to know roughly where requests come from, each form submission also records: your IP address; the approximate city, region, country, and internet provider that Cloudflare derives from that IP address; your browser’s user-agent string; the page that referred you; any campaign tag in the link (such as ?src=mailer); the time; and a simple automated spam score. We do not use this to identify you beyond your submission, and we do not record anything about visitors who do not submit a form.

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party ad pixels.

The planner stays on your device until you send it

The Funeral Wishes Planner saves your draft in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to it. It is not sent anywhere unless you press “Email me a copy.” Printing is free and sends nothing. The planner never asks for your Social Security number. Clearing the planner or your browser data erases the draft.

Who processes it

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database.
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the email notification to Duane and, when you ask for the guide or a planner copy, the email to you.
  • Google (Gmail) holds Duane’s email copies.
  • cal.com handles seminar registrations and appointments you book.

If a customer relationship tool is added later, this page will be updated before it is used.

How long we keep it

Submissions are kept for up to 3 years after your last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client and records must be kept longer by law. The automatically recorded technical details (IP address, network, device) are deleted after 12 months. Ask us any time to delete your information sooner.

Emails

Every follow-up email includes a way to opt out, and an opt-out is honored across email, phone, and text. If you told us a death has occurred, you will get a personal reply only, with no marketing emails.

Contact

To see, correct, or delete your information, email [email protected] or call (919) 822-2010.
